Sermorelin
Product Description
Sermorelin, also known as GHRH (1–29) amide, is a synthetic 29-amino acid peptide corresponding to the biologically active N-terminal fragment of endogenous growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). First developed in the 1980s, it replicates the first 29 amino acids of native GHRH and retains GHRH-receptor agonist activity associated with growth hormone release in experimental endocrine systems. Unlike modified analogs, its native sequence makes it more susceptible to enzymatic degradation, resulting in a shorter half-life. Molecular formula: C149H246N44O42S; weight: approximately 3,358 g/mol; CAS: 86168-78-7.
Supplied as one individual 10 mg vial. Each purchase quantity refers to one individual vial, not a supplier box.
