1. Seller and scope
This website, rejuvenationhealthlab.com, is operated by Crume Regenerative Health DBA The Rejuvenation Health Lab, an Ohio business operating as The Rejuvenation Health Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern use of our website, customer accounts, and purchases. Review these Terms and the policies linked below before placing an order. Any acceptance requested at checkout applies to the version presented for that order.

2. Research products and prohibited uses
Our products are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not offered for human or animal administration, including injection, ingestion, topical application, or other personal use. They are not sold as medicines, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or veterinary products.

You must not purchase, use, supply, or resell our products for these prohibited purposes. Product names, scientific references, and descriptions do not authorize any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or personal use.

3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you reside, and legally able to enter a binding agreement. An account is required to purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and keep account access secure. Do not permit minors to purchase through your account.

By ordering, you represent that the products are intended for lawful laboratory research and that you have the knowledge, facilities, and procedures needed to handle them safely. If ordering for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. Account creation and age confirmation do not constitute verification of research credentials or institutional affiliation.

We may request information relevant to an order's intended use or eligibility and may decline an order where the stated purpose conflicts with these Terms. We may suspend access for suspected fraud, prohibited use, or material violations. This paragraph describes a right to review orders, not a representation that every buyer is independently verified.

4. Product descriptions and documentation
Review the product description, quantity, form, and any supplied handling or analytical documentation before ordering. Referenced scientific literature concerns the cited research and is not a certificate of analysis for the item or batch supplied. A certificate of analysis reports only the material, methods, and results identified in that document; it does not establish suitability for human or animal use.

Do not assume sterility, clinical suitability, or a particular research result unless a specific applicable specification is expressly stated in the product documentation. Nothing in this paragraph overrides an express product specification or rights required by law. Contact us about discrepancies before using the material.

5. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. You authorize the charge shown when placing your order. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order; acceptance is confirmed by shipment confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock shortages, a material listing error, suspected fraud, prohibited intended use, or legal restrictions. We will notify you and promptly refund amounts paid for items we cancel. We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement.

6. Shipping, cancellations, and remedies
We currently ship only to the contiguous lower 48 U.S. states. We accept cancellation requests received before fulfillment; contact sales@rejuvenationhealthlab.com as soon as possible. Our Shipping Policy explains processing and delivery estimates. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation requests and remedies for order problems. Carrier delays do not remove rights required by law. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund option.

7. Safe handling
Follow product-specific storage and handling documentation and applicable laboratory safety requirements. Use appropriate facilities, protective equipment, and disposal procedures. Do not use material with damaged or compromised packaging until the issue is resolved. Contact us if documentation is missing or unclear. We do not provide personal dosing or administration instructions.

8. Website content
Our content is provided for product identification and scientific information. It is not medical advice or a recommendation for personal use. You may use the website for lawful research and purchasing purposes. Do not infringe intellectual property, misuse customer information, interfere with site security, or submit fraudulent information. Third-party research links are provided for reference; we do not control those sites.

9. Shopify and other providers
Shopify hosts our store. Purchases are transactions between you and Crume Regenerative Health DBA The Rejuvenation Health Lab. Payment and shipping services may be supplied by other providers. Our Privacy Policy explains relevant processing of personal information. This section does not grant Shopify or another provider a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Warranties and responsibility
We do not guarantee a particular experimental result. Except for express product descriptions, specifications, promises, and warranties or remedies required by applicable law, we make no additional warranty of suitability for a particular research project. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so is prohibited by law. A general research disclaimer does not excuse us from supplying goods that conform to the order and applicable obligations.

11. Governing law and changes
Ohio law governs these Terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections that apply to the transaction. No provision requires you to waive a non-waivable right or use an unlawful dispute forum. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing order without your agreement or as otherwise permitted by law.
