GLP1-S (Semaglutide)
Product Description
GLP1-S (Semaglutide) is a synthetic 31-amino acid peptide analog of the endogenous incretin hormone glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). First developed in the 2010s, it is structurally based on native GLP-1 (7–37) with key amino acid substitutions and modification at position 26, where a fatty diacid chain is attached via a spacer to promote strong reversible binding to albumin. These modifications significantly increase resistance to enzymatic degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) and extend its half-life. Molecular formula: C187H291N45O59; weight: approximately 4,113 g/mol; CAS: 910463-68-2.
Available individual vial sizes: 10mg, 20mg, 30mg. Each purchase quantity refers to one individual vial, not a supplier box.
